Ok, we got some more exciting news for y’all! Our good friend, Tony Porter, has agreed to join Dusty Fender to be our lead guitar! Now, with Tony P and Tony Mac shredding the guitars, George make our faces melt on the drums, and Abe singing…WOW! What a show! Heck, this news is so late breaking, we haven’t even had a chance to update the website to include Tony P!
We also got a nice little write up from Alex and Jack from the Lancaster Intelligencer Journal. Here is the write up:
• Elsewhere in the local music scene, Abe Breslin recently dropped us a line to introduce his band, Dust[y] Fender. The foursome — Breslin on guitar and lead vocals, George Roberts on drums, Tony Porter on lead guitar and Tony Mac on guitar and vox — play country, blues and good ol’ rock ‘n’ roll. Sounds good to us.
The final pieces of the band’s lineup recently came together, and they’re currently working on a four- or five-track EP they plan to release in the spring.
For now, check them out at www.dustyfender.com and on Twitter at @dstyfendermusic.

Hope everyone has a happy and safe holiday and keep on Rockin’!
Here we are, at the holidays! We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and that you enjoy this season with your family and friends.
We have a few gigs coming up including at the Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse PA this Friday. should be a good time as we have guest guitarist Tony Parker filling in. Of course, we are excited to play with Tony for two reason…1) he’s an amazing guitar player and 2) Abe doesn’t have to think of new jokes as he can use his old tired Tony Mac jokes…
Enjoy the season and we hope to see you all out soon. And BE SAFE!!!
Just want to let you all know that we are hard at work, looking to bring the best music to you, our fans and friends. On an exciting front, we are glad to welcome George “The Animal” Roberts to the Dusty Fender family! George is going to be playing some drums for us and we are excited about having a new member of the family.
We have a gig coming up on Saturday, 10/12 at the Strasburg Shoppes (Creamery, Winery and OCB Bakery). Start time is 1:00 PM and will we be playing until 3:00. We would love to have everyone come out and enjoy the b-e-a-utiful fall weather with a glass of wine for the adults, an ice cream Sunday or pastry for the kids and of course, great music provided by yours truly!
We are also looking at getting into a recording studio to get some songs down professionally. Our hope and plan is to have a quality demo (better then Abe sitting around his Mac trying to figure out Garageband!) Looking forward to it and I am sure we will have a lot of cool updates as we get closer to that day!
Lots of exciting things are going on with the Band! For one, please look at our calendar as we are booking new shows all the time. We have gigs coming up at Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse (ha, ha, ha) and we’ll be back at the Strasburg Shoppes for the annual autumn celebration.
Also, we have put our name into the ring to compete for a spot opening for the WIOV Fall Fest in October. If we would win, we would get the opportunity to open the Fall Fest and play for upto 100,000 people! WHOA!! So let’s send messages, emails and whatever else we can to WIOV’s home office in Ephrata and let them know you want to hear Dusty Fender at Fall Fest!!!
As always, we appreciate all of your support. We absolutely LOVE playing music for you all and look forward to seeing you out at one of our shows soon!!!
This Friday, we will be at the Strasburg Shoppes (Creamery, Winery, and OCB Bakery) from 7-9. Hope y’all can come out!!
